FEST RULES

NO PETS, SKATEBOARDS, BIKES, ROLLER-SKATES, COOLERS, OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR UNOFFICIAL VENDORS.

BEER/WINE MUST BE CONSUMED ONLY INSIDE FESTIVAL GROUND, INCLUDING THE CARNIVAL AREA.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LAWN CHAIRS FOR SEATING.

PER IDPH AND CDC GUIDANCE, FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING IN AN OUTDOOR SETTING. UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS ARE ENCOURAGED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING IN CROWDED SETTINGS, OUTDOORS, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUTH ARE PRESENT.
